Description
The project proposes to transform approximately 1.75 miles of Palm Avenue between Rainbow Drive and Georgia Street in the City of Imperial Beach into a context-sensitive, multimodal corridor that improves safety, access, mobility, drainage, and aesthetic character. The project is designed to accommodate all users, including pedestrians, cyclists, transit riders, and motorists, by reconfiguring the existing right-of-way and integrating modern complete-street infrastructure in support of local and regional transportation goals.
