Up to three (3) On-call contracts for emergency repairs, rehabilitation, and/or replacement of Port-wide wet utility infrastructure. The proposed contract period is three (3) years from the date of the Notice to Proceed and issued to successful bidder(s) that would support the Engineering Services Bureau in balancing Maintenance Division peak workloads to adequately respond to an emergency.
