Contracts with Charles King Company, Bali Construction, Inc., and ARB, Inc., in the amount of $1,000,000 each and a term of three
years each to provide on-call emergency services for wet utilities under Specification HD-S3243. The contracts include emergency
repairs, rehabilitation, and/or replacement of Port-wide wet utility infrastructure and would support the Engineering Services
Bureau in balancing Maintenance Division peak workloads to adequately respond to an emergency.

equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of existing or former use. The project involves the
conditional award and authorization to execute contracts for on-call emergency wet utilities services. The contracts include repair,
rehabilitation, and/or replacement of existing Port-wide wet utilities infrastructure under Specification HD-S3243. The project
involves negligible or no expansion of existing or former use.

Categorical Exemption consists of the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure

structure replaced. The conditional award and contracts include work involving replacement of wet utilities structures including
potable water pipes, valves, hydrants, sewer pipes, manholes, storm drain lines, catch basins and other appurtenances.

is restored. On-call emergency wet utilities services performed by selected contractors would involve trenching, excavation, and
surface restoration to repair, rehabilitate, and/or replace wet utilities which would be minor alterations to land.
