Document Description
The proposed project (Gilroy Civic Center Master Plan) includes demolishing the existing City Hall, Wheeler Auditorium, senior center, civic center parking lot, and Hanna Street to construct a new City Hall, multi-generational recreation and aquatics center, multi-generational community center, and a paseo and civic park, as well as new parking spaces. The existing police station, library, and residences would remain. Many on-site trees would also be removed.
