Reclamation District No. 1600 (RD 1600) proposes the Deferred Maintenance Program (DMP) Drainage Pipe Replacement Project (Proposed Project). The Proposed Project involves replacing a single 48-inch drainage pipe that passes through the levee and conveys water from agricultural lands east of Woodland, California, to the Tule Canal within the Yolo Bypass. The replacement will be completed in kind, maintaining the existing pipe size, function, and alignment.
