Conditional Use Permit (PROJ-2024-00168) to establish an approximately 424,000 square foot recycling facility for- a plastics sorting and processing warehouse and Vacation and relocation of Marine Road in phase one and an 80,000 square foot building extension on the eastern side of the warehouse and a 39,900 square foot building extension located on the southwest side of the warehouse to be constructed in Phase 2. A Variance (PVAR-2024-00091) to reduce the number of parking spaces and remove the trash enclosure requirement.
