The new permit package includes the following design parameters: the facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility; hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm for receipt of refuse and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for site activities; permitted maximum tonnage of 855 tons per day; permitted traffic volume of 147 vehicles per day; permitted area of 77.57 acres; and a design capacity of 855 tons per day.
