- To provide safe bicycle and pedestrian connections through the neighborhood in San Andreas and to nearby schools. The Project constructs a multi-use asphalt pathway along Main St., Pope St., Lewis Ave., California St., Treat Ave. and Nielsen Rd. In addition, the Project will install high visibility crosswalks, street lighting, and intersection speed tables throughout the Project area.
