Title: Keyes Community Services District (KCSD) 2025 Sphere of Influence (SOI) Amendment and Annexation
Description: This project proposes extending the Keyes Community Services District Sphere of Influence south of East Keyes Road to Barnhart Road. The new Sphere of Interest will be coterminous with the Keyes Community Plan boundary so that the KCSD can provide water and sewer service to existing and future projects in this area.
