- Modoc County proposes to construct pedestrian infrastructure and safety improvements, including new facilities and gap closures throughout the disadvantaged community of Cedarville. This will include approximately 11,000 linear feet of ADA compliant sidewalks. The Project will also construct seven high visibility and raised crosswalks, and a safe drop off and walking area for students at the Surprise Valley Elementary School Site.
