The following discretionary actions are required for the project: - Adoption of a new Specific Plan document covering approximately 96 acres - Annexation of approximately 96 acres into the City of Visalia - Tentative Subdivision Map consisting of a 247-lot subdivision on approximately 49 acres - General Plan Amendment, amending the location and acreage of General Plan land use designations within approximately 96 acres
