Lake Skinner Regional Water Transmission System (formerly EM-11)

Description

Eastern Municipal Water District (District) intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Lake Skinner Regional Water Transmission System Project (Project), which was formerly called the EM-11 Transmission Pipeline and Pump Station Project. A Notice of Preparation (NOP) was previously circulated for the EM-11 Transmission Pipeline and Pump Station Project in July 2022. The current Project includes similar components and objectives as the previous version; however, the locations of the Project components have changed and therefore, this NOP is being recirculated.
