- Description
- The project is an ordinance amending Title 21 and Title 22 of the Los Angeles County Code to 1) align local housing development regulations in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County with recent changes in state law; 2) support the preservation and development of affordable housing; 3) promote housing diversity; 4) remove zoning barriers to fair housing; and 5) simplify language and correct existing errors in the County Code to facilitate implementation.
