- The proposed project would construct an assortment of commercial/retail uses and a surface parking lot on an approximately 30-acre site. The proposed commercial/retail uses would consist of a 138,516-s.f. retail anchor store, 208,400 s.f. of additional commercial/retail uses, and 35,600 s.f. of restaurant uses. The proposed parking lot would provide a total of 1,658 surface parking spaces. All of the proposed buildings would be one story tall developed at a maximum of 28 feet in height, with architectural facades, such as parapets, reaching a maximum height of 32 feet.
