Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSSBR-59152-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to NewMark Merrill Companies.
The Project consists of the development of 29.9-acres of undeveloped land for a
commercial shopping center with associated parking spaces, landscaping, on-site
lighting, and road-way improvements. Project activities consist of the removal of
vegetation, grading, paving, and building construction.
