- The proposed Project increases square footage and adds some adjacent parcel(s) that is different from the certified EIR as such there is a potential for significant impacts and mitigation not previously identified in the Certified EIR, therefore an NOP is required. "The Adelanto Industrial Park Project (Project) would develop an approximately 451 acre vacant site with seven Industrial Warehouse/Distribution buildings ranging from 151,186 sq. ft. to 1,505,304 sq. ft. as follows: • Building 1 is a two story 151,186 square-foot (st) industrial building with 144,186 sf allocated to warehousing use and 3,500 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 3,500 sf allocated to office use on the second floor. • Building 2 is a two story 1,139,727 sf industrial building with 1,119,727 sf allocated to warehousing use and 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the second floor. • Building 3 is a two story 1,505,304 sf industrial building with 1,485,304 sf allocated to warehousing use and 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the second floor. • Building 4 is a two story 1,331,796 sf industrial building with 1,311,796 sf allocated to warehousing use and 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the second floor. • Building 5 is a two story 1,493,139 sf industrial building with 1,473,139 sf allocated to warehousing use and 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the second floor. • Building 6 is a two story 1,348,811 sf industrial building with 1,328,811 sf allocated to warehousing use and 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the second floor. • Building 7 is a two story 1,286,311 sf industrial building with 1,266,311 sf allocated to warehousing use and 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the first floor, and an additional 10,000 sf allocated to office use on the second floor."
