Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-59759-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Carmax Auto Superstores. The Project is the construction of a CarMax vehicle facility. The facility will include: a 70,646 square foot (sf) vehicle reconditioning and service building, 936 sf carwash, 7,125 sf auction building, 588 sf guard house, staging area, private fuel tank and dispenser, parking lots, and creation of an approximated 1.2-acre drainage channel.
