- The Draft Revised Supplemental EIR (RSEIR) is limited to a reconsideration of mitigation and lease measures related to Air Quality (Mitigation Measure (MM) AQ-9: Alternative Maritime Power and MM AQ-31: At-Berth Regulations) and Greenhouse Gases (MM GHG-2: GHG Reduction Offsets), and an updated Air Emissions Impact Analysis. This Draft RSEIR was prepared in response to, and in compliance with, the May 24, 2024 San Diego County Superior Court Peremptory Writ of Mandate (Writ) and provides the additional information, analyses, and/or disclosures required by the Writ to address deficiencies in the prior Supplemental EIR certified by the City of Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners on October 8, 2019.
