(China Shipping), for continued operation of a marine container terminal located at Berths 97-109 in the Port of Los Angeles under new and/or modified mitigation measures and lease measures in the areas of air quality, greenhouse gases, and ground transportation that were approved and adopted in the 2008 Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report or in the Final Revised Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (2025 RSEIR) and the 2019 Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report, as revised by the RSEIR, to reduce potentially significant environmental impacts.
