Document Description
To evaluate past tectonic activity that could influence dam safety at Antelope Lake in the future one trench sites (T-15) on the ICF near Antelope Lake in
the Mt. Hough Ranger District. T-15 will be excavated and studied to better define the location and history of the ICF approximately 6 miles upstream of
Antelope Dam along Indian Creek. Preliminary subsurface geologic exploration at the ICF sites will take place prior to excavation. A hand auger or
post-hole tool will be used to dig into the ground and then backfilled with the same soil. Tarps will be used to place the soil on temporarily until backfilling.
