Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Southern California Edison (SCE) is proposing to replace a deteriorated utility distribution pole along State Route 150 (SR-150), at postmile (PM) 26.83 on Ojai Rd, in the City of Ojai, County of Ventura, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
