This action is consistent with Section 15311 Class 11, Accessory Structures, which consists of construction, or placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities. In this instance, the proposal includes the proposed construction of four (4) pistachio storage silos and install two (2) pistachio dryers, which will be accessory use for an existing nut processing plant as noted earlier. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15311 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
