The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number BUT-65579-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Chico.
The project is limited to the installation of a stormwater outfall which includes a 12-inch highdensity polyethylene pipe, a flared end section, and rock slope protection. This project is part of
a larger effort that involves the replacement and installation of stormwater diversion
infrastructure and accessory flow monitoring equipment.
