Document Description
Caltrans proposes to approve an encroachment permit for AT&T California to install guy anchors on two existing joint-use utility poles along southbound State Route (SR) 23 in the City of Moorpark, Ventura County (PM R13.36–13.41). The work would involve traffic control and minor excavation within Caltrans right-of-way to install down guys, anchors, and ground bed at one pole within Caltrans right-of-way and one adjacent pole. Approximately 13 square feet of soil disturbance would occur within Caltrans right-of-way. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 13 feet. No public utilities would be relocated, and no new right-of-way would be required.
