Document Description
This Project is to address the emergency repairs of the Phillips 66 existing wharf structures at Berths 148-149. To address California State Lands Commission and California Energy Commission's concerns, the Project will include wharf concrete repairs and fender upgrades. There will be no change in terminal throughput. The repairs and upgrades are expected to take 6 months to complete. There are no proposed changes to existing operations.
