Document Description
Description of Project: Excavation and removal of existing, single-walled 12,000-gallon underground diesel storage tank (UST) and associated piping located in the Harford Landing Parking Lot. Installation of new double-walled, 10,000-gallon diesel aboveground storage tank (AST), fuel piping, pumps, fuel monitoring system, and fill box within southeast corner of PSL Boatyard, also located in Harford Landing. New piping from AST will be connected to existing transition sump at base of Harford Pier, which supplies diesel to the fuel dock at the end of the pier. Excavated UST and piping areas to be backfilled and paved to match grade and conditions of parking lot.

Existing diesel UST will be replaced with a new diesel AST within the same site, where the new AST will have substantially the same purpose and service capacity as the structure replaced.
