Document Description
This proposed Project involves the construction of a 118,020-square
foot (sf) hangar for storage and assembly of unmanned aircraft, construction of a
19,512-sf ground control building with a 210-space parking lot, construction of a 20,000-sf stockroom with additional parking spaces, and a fire lane.
The Project will result in incidental take of 19 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia),
which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The
WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
