Document Description
The Project is limited to one encroachment for the removal of approximately five (5) cubic yards of accumulated sediment over 350 feet of stream channel and the removal of two non-native conifers. This is a single-entry project aimed at improving flow conditions in the stream. Work for this encroachment will include isolating and dewatering the work site, cleanly bypassing streamflow, excavation and recontouring, removal and off-site disposal of the spoils, re-establishing streamflow, and reseeding/revegetating as necessary to minimize erosion.

The project consists of minor public alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
