Document Description
Caltrans proposes a Pedestrian Crossing Enhancement project on the SB Interstate I-5 on-ramp to the WB La Jolla Village Dr. in San Diego County. Project work consists of installing 2 RRFB's (Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon) connecting electrical conduits next to the curb ramps, an Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS), a ladder crosswalk, chevron markings and city post channelizers at the gore area, and additional signing and striping enhancements for pedestrian crossing awareness including upgrading four (4)pedestrian signs to W11-2 fluorescent yellow green (FYG).
