Caltrans proposes a pavement rehab project on the I-15 exit ramp to Ocean View Boulevard in San Diego County. Project work consists of cold-planing (milling) the existing asphalt down 0.2', overlaying with RHMA, applying a fog seal coat to the shoulder and gore, replacing four old signs including posts, adding a crosswalk, and re-striping.
