Document Description
The Proposed Project consists of the development of a mixed-light cannabis cultivation facility within a 12.1-acre portion of a 53-acre parcel zoned A-2-40 (General Agriculture). The Proposed Project would include a 22,000 square-foot canopy within 36 greenhouses totaling 29,880 square-feet; and office, storage, and processing activities within a 7,470 square-foot warehouse. There would be no demolition of existing structures on the project site. However, development of the site would include the removal of mature almond trees from the existing almond orchard. The project structures and improvements would be constructed in four phases over three to five years.
