construct the Maintenance Building C Pump Shop Conversion Project. The Project will renovate and convert the existing Pier G
Maintenance Building C from an equipment storage room to a pump repair shop, involving relocation of existing equipment,
demolishing of roll-up door, construction of new office and restroom, and installation of an overhead bridge crane, new work
benches, and fire sprinkler system; associated plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural work. The project will be
