Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2013-0268-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the City of San Mateo as represented by Matt Fabry.
The Project is limited to the routine maintenance activities on the Marina Lagoon. Activities include: the construction or repair of public or private docks and ramps, sediment removal from stormwater outfalls, aquatic vegetation harvesting, bank protection, fencing, beach sand replacement, and debris removal.
