Document Description
The proposed Project would construct a regional stormwater runoff capture facility within Lynwood Park to provide multiple water quality benefits. The Project would divert water from storm drains located along Bullis Road and Birch Street into an underground capture, treatment, and infiltration facility situated beneath the existing soccer fields. The Project would also include parking lot enhancements, such as native landscaping, permeable pavement and bioswales, an ephemeral stream, and butterfly garden.
