Document Description
Tahoe RCD will provide a short-term license agreement and permanent easements to the County on the affected parcels owned by Tahoe RCD to implement the South Tahoe Greenway – Upper Truckee River Bridge at Johnson Meadow Project. The purpose of the Project is to construct a Class 1 shared-use path. The County adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) in 2024.
