Document Description
Project proposes to make improvements to the Marsh Trail in Trione-Annadel State Park to protect water quality and natural resources and improve access for park visitors, staff, and emergency vehicles. This includes removing an existing cattle guard and pedestrian bridge over Schultz Creek, building two elevated causeways over hardened crossings where water is ponding by excavating within the existing road prism to install 18 inch culverts, adding gravel material around the culverts to stabilize them and cap them with Class 2 road base aggregate, installing a 20 foot long pre-fabricated free span bridge to replace the old one, and restoring project sites to pre-project conditions.
