Document Description
The project proposes the development of an approximately 11.1-acre parcel. Development plans include clearing and grubbing of 1.85 acres for the construction of an asphalt driveway approach (within county right-of-way), gravel driveway, parking area, storage yard, and office building. Proposed utilities include a groundwater well, electric service, wastewater holding tank, and a future solar array. Site development will permanently impact a total of 0.13 acre of waters of the state, including the permanent fill of 0.11 acre of seasonal wetland swales and indirect impacts to 0.02 acre of a seasonal wetland swale.
