Document Description
The Guajome Lake Homes Project (project) proposes the development of 83 single-family homes on 9.86 acres of a 16.78-acre site, replacing one existing residence. The site is designated Single-Family Detached Residential (SFD-R) and zoned Single-Family Residential - Scenic Park and Equestrian Overlays (RS-SP-EQ). The project includes four deed-restricted affordable units (5%) and 79 market-rate units, with density bonus waivers for development standards in accordance with the Density Bonus Law. Access would be from Guajome Lake Road, with right-of-way improvements, connecting to Albright Street. The project includes an internal private road (28 to 32 feet wide). Approximately 35,151 square feet of private recreational space is provided centrally, and approximately 6.92 acres in the northern portion of the site is preserved as open space.
