Construction of interchange improvements at I-10 and Monroe Street located at PM R54.7, between PM R53.9 and PM R55.5 on I-10 in the City of Indio, County of Riverside, California. Specifically, reconstruct and widen Monroe Street at I-10 from two to four through lanes on Monroe Street between the Coachella Valley Stormwater Channel and Avenue 42, reconstruct and widen the on and off-ramps to two or three lanes at the intersection with Monroe Street, construct an eastbound auxiliary lane between Monroe Street and Jackson Street on I-10, and extend the on- and off-ramps with acceleration and deceleration lanes.
