Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Livingston 1, 2, 3 – Trichloropropane Removal Treatment System Project. The Project includes the construction of two centralized 1,2,3-Trichloropropane (TCP) treatment plants (one at the Arakelian Park site and another at the Well No. 8 site) and approximately 6,300 feet of connecting water pipelines. At Arakelian Park, the Project includes construction of a new one million gallon (MG) storage tank, and a 6,000 gallons per minute (gpm) booster pump station. At Well No. 8 site, a 1.5 MG storage tank and a 4,500-gpm booster pump station will be constructed. PROJECT NUMBER: 2410004-004C
