Document Description
The project will make improvements to the campus electrical system to prepare for the future utility connection to the Solar Power Plant Expansion Project in South Campus. The project will install a new 400-amp medium-voltage conductor at the Campus Substation, install eight power poles to expand the campus overhead power system, provide approximately 1,500 feet of medium-voltage feeder conduit and install connections at the designated point of connection with the Campus Solar Power Plant Expansion site. The Solar Farm Expansion Project is planned to be constructed and operated by a third-party partner through a ground lease and a Power Purchase Agreement, which will be reviewed and approved separately by the University.
