Document Description
The 2026-2027 North to South Water Transfers (NSWT) EA/IS and Addendum to the 2019 Final Long-Term Water Transfers (LTWT) EIR, evaluate a range of potential single-year water transfers of up to 250,000 acre-feet per year from Sellers primarily upstream of the Delta to Buyers that primarily receive water conveyed through the Delta. Transfer water would be made available from groundwater substitution and reservoir release actions.
