Document Description
This combined supplemental environmental assessment/supplemental environmental impact report (SEA/SEIR) evaluates the environmental effects of implementing habitat mitigation through different methods than was identified in the 2018 San Joaquin River Basin, Lower San Joaquin River, CA, Final Integrated Interim Feasibility Report/Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (2018 LSJR IIFR/EIS/EIR). An updated project mitigation strategy proposes to establish up to six onsite and offsite habitat mitigation sites instead of purchase of mitigation bank credits due to their lack of availability in the project area.
