Document Description
The Scott Ranch Project includes development of 28 single family residences on 6.4 acres, 5 acres of private open space, and development of approximately 47 acres of public open space as part of the Helen Putnam Extension Project component. The portion of the project proposed to be carried out by the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District is the provision of funding for certain aspects of the park development. Ag + Open Space will also acquire a conservation easement and recreation covenant to protect approximately 22.05 acres if the project site and to ensure public access. As required by 14 CCR section 15096(i), Ag + Open Space, as a Responsible Agency, considered the EIR prepared by the City of Petaluma as the Lead Agency.
