The proposed project is a new fuel station in the existing Walmart Supercenter parking lot that would include six fuel dispensers beneath a canopy, a 1,556-square-foot convenience store (which would include alcohol sales and an air station for vehicle tire inflation), three underground storage tanks, a new drive aisles for internal circulation, new landscaped areas within the parking lot and a new pedestrian
walkway that would connect the project site to the existing bus stop.
