On July 21, 2025, the City of Calimesa City Council: 1) Adopted Resolution 2025-41 approving Environmental Assessment 23-03 and adopting Addendum No. 4 to the certified EIR for Summerwind Ranch at Oak Valley Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report; 2) Adopted Resolution 2025- 42 approving General Plan Amendment 23-02, amending the Land Use Map (Figure LU-1) to shift approximately 70- acres for residential, School, Park, and Open Space designations including related textual changes and amendments to the Circulation and Multi-Use Trail System Maps; 3) Waived reading and introduced Ordinance No. 412 by title only, an Ordinance of the City of Calimesa approving Specific Plan Amendment 22-01, adopting the Summerwind Specific Plan Area 1 - Amendment 5; 4) Adopted Resolution 2025-43 approving Tentative Tract Map No. 33536 Amendment 1 (TIM 33536), subdividing and rephasing 853.4 acres for future residential development and reconfiguring existing parcels to establish 11 separate parcels: 5) Resolution 2025-44 to approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 38212, for finance and conveyance purposes for Phase 2 of the Project; and 6) Waived full reading and introduced Ordinance No. 413 by title only, an Ordinance of the City of Calimesa approving Development Agreement 25-02 between the City of Calimesa and Jen SoCal, LLC.
