Conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal and take the following actions: a. Determine the modification to the approved conditions for the Schaffer’s Mill Subdivision is within the scope of the previously adopted Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse #2000102025), and no additional environmental review is triggered pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15162 – 15164. b. Deny the appeal, and uphold the Planning Commission’s May 8, 2025, decision to approve the modification to Condition 2.D of the previously approved Schaffer’s Mill Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map and Master Plan Conditional Use Permit (PSCP20040186/PLN19-00114), to allow for options for Fire Code compliance to align with the requirements of Placer County Code.
