Title: Del Oro Townhomes Tract 39395 Project
Description: The Project consists of a residential subdivision of 104 attached townhomes on the northwest corner of Holland Road and Palomar Road in the City of Menifee, Riverside County (Project/Proposed Project). The Project includes a main access point on Palomar Road with an exit-only egress onto Holland Road. Amenities include open turf area, BBQ’s, shade structure and picnic tables with scattered dog stations throughout, tot-lot, and a walking loop around the perimeter of the Project site. The proposed residential subdivision would consist of 104 attached two-story townhomes with a maximum building height of 32 feet. The unit mix includes 21 two-bedroom units at 978 square feet, 41 two-bedroom units at 1,205 square feet, and 42 three-bedroom units at 1,402 square feet. The Project would provide a total of 212 parking spaces and approximately 63,438 square feet of common and private open space to serve residents.
