- On June 9, 2026, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board) issued this Statewide Restoration General Order Notice of Applicability (NOA) to Madison McGroarty, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. This Project will improve fish passage in lower French Creek, near the confluence with the Scott River, by increasing the depth and velocity within the low flow channel. This notice is to advise that the Regional Water Board issued the above-described NOA on the date signed below. (WDID No. 1A26052WNSI)
