Description: Zoning Ordinance Ammendment to expand Home Based Businesses or Cottage Industries to include minor amendments to Type I (a Minor Use Permit would be required) and adding a new Type Ill use, which would require a Conditional Use Permit. Chapter 28 of the Solano County Code to clarify and expand regulations in the unincorporated County related to home based businesses. The proposed changes would clarify the definition of "home occupation" and "cottage industry" and clarify Type I and Type II. Type Ill Cottage Industry land use as allowed with a conditional use permit in certain zoning districts with corresponding regulations
